Brief from client
A small graphic design studio, targeting young entrepreneurs with low budget.
I scrap the whole lightbulb thing and went back from the start. Monkey is a intellectual and creative animal and the logo is inspired from Wukong the monkey king. (Wu and Ngo pronounce the same way)

Haaaa, this is much much better! I really like it.
Here's a bit of nitmicking though: I don't really like how the strokes on the cloud overlap each other. Same thing with the moon over the cloud. I would remove the subtext ("graphic design") altogether. It feels totally out of place.
Besides that, this logo has a very strong personality with that monkey.
Great job!
Yea this is really good! it all fits together nicely and the lettering matches with the symbol nicely. I agree that you should remove the subtext altogether. I dont mind the overlapping strokes but can see where Shawali is coming from.
Great job, very much improved! :)
Thank guys!
Made some little tweaks as suggest plus remove the border from the letter.
I just figured out that what I thought was a moon is actually the monkey's legs. Not a big fan of them. They don't look consistent with the rest of the body.
Maybe you could try to make the cloud a bit more fluffy. Anyway, it looks neater now.
Merry Christmas everybody!
Sweet Monkey King of Beijing!
How did the come out of a light bulb?
Give that monkey king some monkey king pants and I think you're good to go!
ok so i totally LOVE that logo! nice work (shouldn't the R be near the ngo?)
omg this is dope. reminds me of adventure time
