Ok, first I had to google APBT to find out that this is about American Pitbull Terriers... Now for the logo: Get a nice name like "Conner's Pitbulls" and write it in a readable font. I suggest that you are planning something like a breeder's Coat of Arms - so I would write "Conner's" on Top and the rest somewhere at the bottom, maybe in a circle, arch or so. Then get a face of a pitbull, put it in the middle, and you have what you might call... a logo... But this fancy royal curtain stuff you got from the internet or somewhere - discard it immediately! I hate it!
Wow, this might be too much detailed. It is a nice crest, but could be a printing disaster in many cases and the smaller the size the more problematic. Can you come up with an alternate symbol to represent the crest or the idea of a crest? The type is not very unique and doesn't add anything to the business image. When I first saw this I thought about the Welsh griffin flag, it is detailed but simple, and identifiable at a glance. Could the crest be simplified in a similar manner?
This is just a crappy piece of clip art, a badly chosen font, and a box.
Design your own symbol (and never, EVER use clip art that is this bad in the future), chose another font, and stop with the box. That's all I'm going to write until we see something more worthy of a critique. Sorry to be harsh, but this is terrible.
This is the best out of the versions but yes make sure you design the crest do not use clipart, fonts are bad colors too...
What is the audience you are trying to reach?

Remove frames and unoriginal elements. Make a simple logo! Think nike, apple, mercedes.

Never go all caps with a script font.
