That is one ugly logo. Don't use picture in a logo. Never put a drop shadow effect on a font.
This is not a logo but a poster. And not a nice one.

this is not even a nice photo...as logo is absolute crap, it doesn't even worth my effort to give thumbs down........give up and hire someone....
Sorry, this is not a logo. It's a photo with some unreadable text. Hire a designer.
Okay, now I think he's just messing with us. PINK!? And a drop shadow on a (pink!!!) font!? He's totally just messing with our heads and emotions at this point. Or at least I hope that's what's going on, because this is rubbish.
I want to be positive but there's nothing positive I can say unfotunately, designing logo is not for everybody, I don't know what else you have done, but this one tells me you don't have a slight idea what is a logo.
Horror !!!!!
