The concept is good - a star made from an A shape with the red route line. Maybe you could make this more geometric & try an arrow on the line? I would lose the drop shadow & make American United the main text & transportation smaller, both either normal or italic, not a mix.

Let me double down of the getting rid of the drop shadow idea. It brings nothing to the plate and make the whole thing looks amateurish.

Please, click on "new version" in the top right corner instead of replacing the old one by another.

Also, it doesn't look like you've put a lot of efforts into this logo when there is a humongous typo in the very first word.
