The union symbol is not accurate - look at the negative keyline surround - not a consistent thickness, typography needs more space away from brand marque and centred correctly

These colors do not invite me into the bank to intrust them with my money

Try finding complimentary colors easy on the eye

I wouldnt use this symbol either, also loose the line you do not need it

Go online and look at other banks and see how their logos look.

Choose a cleaner font as well

I also highly recommend to just go do some sketches and see what you come up with

This kind of 'celtic symbol' has been used pretty much in a vast number of existing logos and, on top of that, your execution is poor.
You need to learn a lot about proper graphic composition, letter spacing and kerning before making another attempt at this.

You may have to go back to the drawing board on this one. Sketch up some designs before going back onto the computer as this logo mark is not very inviting.

Use more friendly yet serious colours and also use a more professional looking font

Looks like you were in a hurry.

I've seen other bank logos in red, but not this hue. It's too bright.

emesghali thank you for your help umm i just put a sort of outline in the logo to show a "shield" to represent protection and the overall to represent union :P unfortunately could not use the font :(

I like it, just change the typography, use the text of your 6th desing. :)
