The logo collects various bright colors representing youth and diversity that today is in my country and in various parts of Latin America. The reason of I take the bars of a Tv signal, is to explain semantically, concerned the magazine. The use of headphones, you see it shows that it is modern and urban music. I try to mix the two icons (The TV, video representation, and the headphones, representing music) showing that, since many years, the music also we can see it..

El logo recopila varios colores brillantes que representan a la juventud y a la diversidad que hoy en dia se encuentra en mi país y en varias partes latinoamericanas. el hecho de representarlas como las barras de una señal de tv, es para explicar semanticamente, de que se trata la revista. El uso de los audifonos, muestra al que lo vea que se trata de música moderna y urbana. Trato de mezclar ambos iconos (La TV, en representación del video; y los audifonos, en representación de la música) demostrando que, desde ya muchos años, la música también se ve.

Well...this is my first logo... i'm most dedicated to Motion Graphics, but the graphic design it's attracting me very much and i'm trying to mix all the visual arts to my skills and interests.
well, welcome in the world of graphic design. Your logo looks pretty bad, has no gravity center, too much color and bad fonts. Make the symbol simpler and give it some unity, put it in the center and add the text below with a rounder font. If this is for tv you can add RGB colors but insert them in a simple and subtle way, maybe in the headphones somehow, or make a tv with headphones. good luck and don't give up.
here we have two importan visual importants the symbol and the &. Blog and musik is hiding from all. is really important the & to make that soooooo big? I dont think. If you do a colorate symbol cant do the same with the text, so my advice keep it simple on one color, black is OK.. Find another character type non consented in this case, some type that maybe called the headphones style. See what you can do and as hueroth sad....welcome to the graphic designers world :)))

Like hueroth said, put the type below the logo and if you are going to keep the color background behind the headphones (which I like) I would make all the text monochrome. You already have a nice eyecatching symbol. Make the text simple and you should be good to go.
