Clothing Logo, "Grove"

Would love some feedback.
The requirements are that the logo be, "casual high-end" with cross over urban appeal.
The label was born on the coast of California and needed nautical appeal.
The logo needs to be embroidered and embossed.
I created the font with my own hand writing to give a custom look and went with nautical flags instead of the typical sea worthy imagery.
The flags give a high end yacht look. Ill be taking a chance with the ability to embroider the detailing, but I feel that I can work that out if the flags are the right direction. The flags spell the company name, "Grove" and are blowing to create movement in the mark and also conceptually in the brand.
Current feedback is that it looks like a good t-shirt graphic. I think this is good feedback but the same could be said for Polo, Tommy Hilfiger etc. Not sure how to steer around this.

I like the handwritten style of this logo. You might need to improve 'v' and 'e' a little bit.
im sorry but im not liking this very much, i dont think it matches the brief very well.. i think you need to go for something more along these lines...
Also your "r" looks a bit like an "e" to me
