Brief from client 

We are a real estate company who are looking for a clean simple logo which will give our customers a sense of professionalism and clarity. Our work place is an old building which looks similar to the henry ford square house so if you can incorporate that it any way that would be ideal.

Not sure if these submissions are getting any better now :-s

I would keep realty in caps and switch the colors back.

Did you try the new house in a circle- maybe it will work? You would have to simplify the house more though. maybe no windows at all?

Or maybe with the colors reversed you can keep the windows as plain squares and it will work?

I hope I'm helping- Maybe I'm ruining your logo : )-

house of the second version is nicer ... but there is too much detail ... third version has a nicer typography

You are getting there I think this is a huge improvement. Adding a baseline to the house would help it some & extend the pitch of the roof so that your dormers dont touch the top of the roof. Agreed with above keep you capital letters
