Much better. I think the tracking on "real estate" is a bit too much, so maybe design the typography to allow for larger letters and require less space between letters. This version looks much more modern.
Well, it's definitely better than version 1 but it's way too generic. Google "cross keys" and you'll find an endless list of the same visual.
You should push that cross keys thing further to differentiate your logo from the rest? Just an idea: going back to the symbol in version 1, why don't you add a small window so the keys from a roof. See what I'm saying? Try to find an actual idea.
Beside that, the subtext is not properly aligned on the left. But good choice of font, thought I would have picked a complimenting font for the subtext.
I have used the alignment tool in illustrator ... maybe it looks unaligned because of the curve of the C? i have run into this problem many times and i'm unsure if i should move my text

Nevermind, it is aligned, my bad. Indeed, the curvature of the C makes it look like it's not. All the more reason to find a complimenting font =)
