Brief from client
the cultivation of freshwater and marine resources, both plant and animal, for human consumption or use
No color preference
The client wanted a shrimp in the logo.
(Macrobrachium rosenbergii
Giant freshwater prawn)
Typgraphy wise, this is your best version. I might reduce the spacing between your lines, however.
As for your icon, I think you're on the right track with your idea here. I'm not too crazy about the ovals of different color, as well as how they're overlapped.
The shrimp could use some refinement; the details are far too small. I didn't even recognize it as a shrimp at first, either. I would show some variation in line thickness to give the droplet and the shrimp some more form.
And maybe use less gray in your blue. Seems a bit dull compared to the bright orange.
I really like this. I saw the shrimp straight away, and it matches with the water drop.. The shrimp here is way better than version 4. I like the font but i would close up the spacing on the 2 words. Have you thought about having DHIR large with AQUACULTURE smaller underneath and a bigger overall symbol? Really like the colours, the tones of the blues match well with the tones on the oranges.

Keep it up.

Good Job!
I think it's a great design and meets your client's specifications.
