Tried to make a logo that would work for basically any Environmental Company if I change the text to their company name.

Not there yet... Root looks like a beheaded lizard with a penis.

Scrap the leaf/root idea. Try to find a unique solution for your mark.

This isn't even for a client- you have total freedom- go nuts:.

I removed the roots from the bottom of the "O" because it looks like a salamander stuck its head in it.

The stem is to thin but looks like you are not going to change that.

The brown in "ZONE" still looks like dark gray.

I'm going to mess around with the look of the roots to make it look less like a salamander but I don't want to scrap them completely yet.

Oops I made the stem a bit thicker in the last version but forgot to do it on this one :s thanks for pointing it out.

That is definitely brown I don't see how it looks gray lol.

No, you are OK. It's only that this brown is to close to the black, it's very unsaturated. Move it to the orange instead of the yellow.
