Brief from client
I am creating logo for meself
and its look at visit card
I like this one better than the other one, its definitely more versatile. The problem I have is the running man has a very thin line and it looks like its going to create problems with any printing. I like the idea, it just needs refining. Right now the figure looks heavily aliased. What if you made him/her smaller and put him entirely in the 'I' and lose the stroke around.
The type works. Its very heavy but easy on the eyes and not overwhelming.
Kerning is off just between I and T but it may be because the X is longer on the bottom than on the top. Its kind of weird. I cant really tell.

I agree with MDCasino, you need to find a way to get rid of the tiny fine lines.
