Still not working as well as it should, reposition the stick man and take away the outline. It is throwing of the entire visuals. You want it to all work seamlessly. Correct the bottom of the door where the shadow is aswell.
Also if you want to put the word design there. put the word design at the bottom left and stretch it from the 'E' to the end of the 'X'

Yes that works a lot better. Its cleaner, simple and more pleasing to the eye.
Why do you dislike "Symbol"? Can you explain?

i cannot change it because of the first submission but its mainly because the exit sign is so universal that its not going to have any significant or memorable effect on YOUR logo.
What do you mean when you say (it looks like a visit card)?
