I like the concept. Probably the bottom one.

I would suggest making the X thinner. The contrast between thickness is a bit too much.

I agree with KillSwitch, the bottom looks better(but the top one is good for b&w too(if that is why you have both))

The x is way to thick for FIVE STUDIO being so thin. When you look at it, all you can see is the X. So reduce the X's lines and you should be good!
