Fluid Hydro Graphics

Brief from client
The client asked me to create something that would pop out over any color, something fluid and something.. orange.
They told me that they are in the process of building a custom truck from scratch and that black would be the main color while it would have orange highlights so thinking of their new company and how they could use the logo on the truck when it was finished they had asked for the logo to be orange.
The small city that this company would be operating from has many "dull" local businesses with bland logos and ads and they wanted to stand out from all of this.

The first thing I would ask is how "fluid" relates to the company. Second, I wonder how a splatter should represent fluidity. For instance, when I think of a splatter, I think of slime or thick paint. Fluidity to me implies freely moving liquid. But I digress.
Your work is good. But the questions I posed could pose an obstacle when translating the company logo to its identity. So I'm giving a thumbs up to everything, which was executed well, but I feel the idea behind everything leaves questions to the viewer. Take that how you will.
Hey there! Thanks for the fast critique. I don't wan't to sound arrogant or anything of the sort, I would just like like to give a bit more insight into the questions you asked.
I can definitely see where you are coming from with these questions and yes, when i see this it does remind my of a splat of paint.
which is exactly why i thought this was the winner. when you watch the process of hydro-graphic printing you will see how it relates. though i may be wrong.
This is waaaay too close to the Nickelodeon logo, color and all. I would like to see what other ideas you sketched out.
not sure that "fluid" you got there works ! ive read in your description their vehicles are black? you can't have black lettering in your logo !
