Nice. I'd suggest dropping the fancy colour effects and using plain blue and gray instead.

I'm seeing a "Z" where the G and arrow meet and it's kind of bothering me, I like the cityscape visually, but it's not going to shrink well. I'd say play with the arrow idea, but only one arrow, when you use two it also reminds you of recycling. Agree with Dltd on colors as well. Overall a good start on a logo though, looking forward to another version!

Well takin the glass effect its nice, agree with thecuraga about the 2 arrows, but i like it, i like the representation of the city, i like it :)

when reduce the city looks like a warship... sorry to complex... try something diferent
