Like the colors and the overall look and feel is better then in your previous version.

However i am not sure about the font. it's simple and clean which i like but in my opinion you should find something more "happy". just give it a try.

Anyway..good work

I can imagine the whole face from just the mustache and the monocle. Nice pastell colors.
It remind me to the Dupont-Dupond brothers from the cartoon Tin-Tin :D
The font is simple, but much better than ver.1.

an improvement from the first one. i see kisspolo's link, and it has some similarity to it. i think you can definitely do a few more touch ups to make it a good logo
