Cool, very effective 3D effect with the hand and the mantle. I hope nobody will get scared to go there for fearing of people chopping off their ears or heads. :-) Still there are way too many details in grayscale. It looks like it hasn't been through Illustrator yet, right? And something needs to be done with the color. As a sketch it's a perfect one. 10 out of 10.

Nada que temer, sólo me dejé llevar del significado del nombre, y utilicé un guerrero espartano, como "defendiendo" ese imperio, que es el nombre del barbershop.

I kind of love it. I know much has been said about the sword but it's totally a macho vibe and I could totally see it working for latin or hispanic men. ( not sure which region, exactly, that you hail from. :) ) I think my only critique has already been mentioned and that is the subtext looking a little off. I like the font but something in the way it gets contoured could use some attention. Buena suerte!
