Brief from client
Fictional railway line.
Logo for a fictional express railway line that runs between two fictional cities, both of which are capitals (one being legislative capital, the other being the judicial capital) of a fictional province.
The goat and the fleur-de-lis are the symbols of the two capitals. They also stand in for the two "e"s at the two ends of the word "expresse". With the logos in place, the name can be interpreted as "Xpress", "Express" or "Expresse".
The colour scheme of "xpress" reflects the colour scheme of the provincial flag: #880000, white and #FF0000.

Sorry, It looks way too busy/cluttered for my tastes. Mixing strokes and colors in mid-word is a bad idea. The design just looks poorly thought out.
Also, I know it's almost Christmas, but why the red and green?
There is a thread of an idea here. Having two symbols of two cities merging could be good, depending on the city symbols.
This version does not work though. It was way too complicated. As Killswitch said, this text needs work. Start with that and go from there.
there's way too much going on! stick to less colors and something a LOT more simple
