- Revamped the texts, sticking to "expresse" in one style for all alphabets;
- Simplifying colours, moving from multi-cloured to monotone

These two things a each side still make for a complicated logo. Also, they look a bit too clip art-y, especially the fleur-de-lys. Did you made them yourself did you pick them up in some vector library? Thy also feel very graphically disconnected.
I'm really not a fan of the font. The kerning is way out and the tracking overly too tight. And the way you spelled "xpress" is too gimmicky and doesn't bring anything.
Good move on getting rid of the sub text ("inter capital")
Unfortunately, I don't really see this working as a whole. Too complicated, not enough research and sketching. I'd restart from scratch.
