The blue ring needs to be a greyish color because most key chain rings are metal. It does look like a rubber key chain & I think it works for your clientele.

Make the baseline of "KEY" touch the baseline of "WORLD". Something like this...
Very grateful for your suggestion, it is excellent. The prefrerencce for the irregular shape is from my customer, because they make customized keychains. Look how it looks in their web (www.keychainworld.ca).
Good. Use "customized" in the tagline, not in the shape of the logo. A logo with no shape looks odd.
Also, lose that chain and the key ring, they are just messing with the simplicity and symmetry of the wordmark.
I have a question: How you use this logo in in the website that I indicated you?
I think the logo on the website is fine. Just change the ring to gray/metal.
To start, you can frame your wordmark in a round corners, black rectangle if you want to keep the white in "KEY", but you can try other colors.
Correct the kerning, desaturate those colors a little bit, they are too bright.
The base of the stem in some letter looks bad. Some descend a couple of pixels, correct that too. Submit the revision and let's take a look again.
Chain and key ring have to go, extremely ugly and redundant.
Do what luenib suggested.
