This is a rebranding project for a group I work with. We are completely changing our name.

Not bad. It needs a lot of fine tuning, but the idea is there. I don't like the way the beams of light come out.
It looks very phallic, which may not be best suited for a youth ministry. But hey, I'm French, I see phallus everywhere =)
I've put a thumbdown for the fonts only because there is no "meh" symbol. It also needs some more work.
i like better the fonts than the previous versions. You must go in a simpler way with the symbol and as a first step I would make it smaller. The perspective here doesn't come well with the scale ok the symbol. Also simplify the symbol, use the one you used in the previous versions, it was better.
To make it clear, in my vision, "light house" on one row , keep the font, the simple symbol from the above versions and the line at the bottom of it as in this version , one beam with a discreet fade effect, that's it. good luck ...oh and remove the cross...
not a fan of the colors and the type. maybe come up with sumthing else
It does look REALLY phallic... (And I'm not even French!) ;)
I think the light rays are off..
The light blue should maybe be bumped up a bit more.
From your previous versions I like this one most.
Youth Ministry im not liking the font nor the spacing.
I was going to say it looked like a guy from Devo. I think you need to work on the top part. I think the top needs to be less rounded. The beams of light are not coming out of the same place, they look off.
much much better. congratulations!! why dont you try more types?
I do like the symbol of the lighthouse. But the light blue colour does not match the light, I would use a yellow tone. And I don't the fonts too much, especially the "YOUTH MINISTRY" in light blue doesn't match the rest.
What about this idea?
The typography in your suggestion is a significant improvement. I'm still on the fence about the original light beams verses these, I didn't mind the ones in the 3rd version.
This is really better job.
