Brief from client
Complete overhaul of the visual identity of the Eureka Design communication agency.
The proposed logo is a concept inspired by the bee and its way of life , knowing that EUREKA DESIGN offers 6-pin of competence and 6 founding values that coincide perfectly with the bee that has 6 legs and abdomen has 6 segments , and finally the cell is a perfect hexagon.

You passed the first test of not using a lightbulb for a company called Eureka ;)
I've thumbs downed the symbol because of the corners on the hexagon. They are superfluous and don't add anything. I think that the bee could be refined, but that's a personal taste. I think that you should have the stinger/lower abdomen filled as opposed to having a stroke around it, for consistency.
i also think that the hexagon and its contents should be 10-30% smaller. Also try a stacked version. i.e symbol top centered then Eureka centered and design centered below that, with the strapline again centered below that.
Generally though I like this :)
The mid section of the bee confuses me also...
Does it represent 'EB' or is it E with some wings? Not sure. It's a conflict either way and the whole symbol needs refining.

I can't warp my head around what the red part on the bee is supposed to represent.
D'un point de vue général, je pense que ce logo peut être simplifié, en virant notamment les 6 zigouigouis rouges, qui ne servent à rien et compliquent les choses plus qu'autre chose.
Attention au kerning également qui n'est pas du tout réglé.
