I like this. But somehow i feel like its still lacking something.. Also suffice it to say that i like your version 4 better just because of the hammer and screwdriver implemented into your appliance instead of the letter M. But i could already see it happening from the thumbnail, your appliance vector has too many small details that lose their visibility when seen from afar or smalled down. This applies for the upper part of it. Otherwise really good job i could see you trying lots of different things keep at it.

Agree for the most part on what Racealistic said. You have to watch the small, delicate elements in a logo, since it should look like itself when both large and small. The wrench and hammer is more subtle than the M.

I think a nice, simple shape for an appliace is a washer/dryer. A bit less complex, and would still serve the same purposes as this idea. It's worth playing around with.

Nearly there. Keep up the improvements.

I'll try out a different appliance. I was thinking the range might be too complex of an appliance to easily illustrate in a recognizable way. I did a version with reduced complexity/details, but it still doesn't look right. Fortunately, I've already illustrated all of the appliances, so I can easily try out different ones and tweak them.

The plus side of creating these different appliances is the added benefit for using them for branding purposes. I still say the washer/dryer is the strongest, as it has fewer essential parts that could be lost and it would still be recognizable. I'm glad you included those thumbnails, since it's easy to tell which holds better when resized.

Yep, washer/dryer is the way to go I think. Now the trick is implementing text to accompany it, as well as your tool symbols.
