Brief from client
To create a brand for Market Street..Located in St.Helier, Jersey.
I went for a vintage/retro look as the Market which is on the street first opened in 1803. Inspiration for the idea came from the brand for Carnaby Street, London
Wanted to keep it simple and clear, there will hopefully be a sign like the one in Carnaby street stretching from one side of the street to the other as well as banners, bunting and other advertising

heres some inspiration taken from the market and the street its self
and heres the many variations ive been working on and confused myself over!
I THINK YOU DID an amazing Job!!
I love the color versions and you really inspired me with the amount of detail and work you put into this project!
GREAT WORK!!! BRAVO!
cheers monito, your feedback is always appreciated!
I don't think that warp effect really works on that font, I also think it's a little contemporary for the feel you're going for. I know it can be good to mix contemporary and vintage, but this font might be a little contemporary. If you had to use that font I'd be more drawn to some of your other versions. In particular the middle one on the fourth row down and the middle and right on the second last row. I think these look way sharper.
I really like the solution for ST. but version 2 is the best looking one so far. Great work!
i do like the ST. as well.. but for me all the ones with the ST. look unbalanced, because there is more text on the left side of them
BTW I really like the very last two logos.
