MEAT SUPPLY

Brief from client
Simple straight to the point logo. To be used on reflective and light-box materials.
This isn't a simple logo as you suggest. There is too much going on from the cow to the globe to "CENTRE" stacked vertically. Get away from using clipart and try picking one symbol that isn't overly complicated. Also, I would work in black and white until you find something that sticks. Also, watch your kerning, specifically between the "A" and "T" in "MEAT." Best of luck.
I agree with Jon, allot of elements fighting with each other.
I suggest you get rid of the globe as it is so over used, try to simplify the cow and find a way to place centre somewhere beneath. Good luck
If those are the symbols that you really WANT in your logo, try mixing them up and look for original ways to represent them. Cliparts can be a good starting point, but then you have to add your own.
I believe everything else that should be said about this have been said.

Nothing more to ad. Too complicated, too clip arty, that globe serves no purpose and has way too many details in it.
Stay away from vertical text. Like it's the plague.
I'm with JonAtkinson: everything as he says.
If you're selling meat, you probably shouldn't show a face.
Good point.
straight and simple would be my comment "wrong". Your logo is more complicated that than that.
