ok, you made a bad choice about the font, low readability for a logo font and in this context. The symbol colors are faded and low on impact, another minus. make the scarf a little bigger, choose a simpler font and try to go with saturated strong and less colors.

i'm triying to keep the vintage style that the client want. maybe thats why i'm not using strong and saturated colors, you're right in the bad choice of the font i will change that. thanks for your help

If you want to keep it more vintage I'd still simplify more as hueroth said. Less colors might be beneficial, and changing the color of the banner. I'd also suggest (personal opinion) changing the vector for the cupcake. There's a lot wrong with it. I can tell the curves don't match, the sides of the cupcake aren't the same angle, etc. I think you should spend more time on that vector. Here's an example of what could be done if you choose to simplify.

what color can i apply to the banner? i know that the vector of the cupcake is not simetric thats the idea. you put me an example of a straight one. thanks for the support!
