Notionhead

Brief from client
Working on my own brand. New to this critique. Appreciate all feedback.
Hate the 'notionhead' type. I'm sure i've seen it on a haircare product before...?
The 'creative' type doesn't work well with the other type.
As far as the graphic is concerned, I see no concept there other than the fact that it's a head, but nothing else. I can't tell if the black background on the head is just a background or some kind of concept? Maybe you should add something which suggests a 'notion' maybe. A hard thing to represent i'm sure, but yeah - back to the sketch pad in my opinion. :/
Appreciate the thorough feedback. Haircare is a good point. Reminded me of a cosmetic the more I looked at it. The concept is that the "n" initial and the head are one. That in itself, is the notion that has been developed into a concept.

Ahh, I didn't see the 'n' above the head. Maybe you should work on making it into a more prominent feature...
Look forward to the next version :).
I agree the N could be a bit more dominant i see the concept and love it cant wait for the next one.
it has too many typographies
