I just think you need to work on the bottom type and it's ready to go.

Here's my last go for now. I'm happy with the color and shape of the "n". It's hard for me to narrow down why, but for some reason the font choice on "notionhead" is working the best for me. I think maybe it has a playful, yet sophisticated quality that I'm looking for. I'll continue to look for alternatives, but i'm going to leave as is and step away for a bit. Thanks for all the helpful and specific feedback.

Just a suggestion, but maybe you could play with a profile view of a head?

How about trying this...Make the t and h caps and lose the dot on the i. This would create a straighter line across and might accent the shoulders of the silhouette better. Just a thought
