Brief from client
The client is a Consumer Goods Distributor & Supplier. A company which has been passed down to the second generation. The name itself Abadi means Eternal, and Jaya means Glory in Indonesian.
The client has given me some restriction about the design, which the logo must consist of these Yellow and Red color, since it is the color chosen by the first generation parents. Also since the client believes in Numerology and Feng Shui, they told me NOT to put the logo on top on the Company name, and the Logo must NOT be restrained inside any box or circle.
Oh yeah, the client also has no clear vision about how they want the logo to be like. It's blind shot for me. Please tell me what do you think.

This is better than version 1. The kerning is still off, but the all caps thing works. That PD still bothers me though.
The symbol good look good but I'm not sold on the tilting.
Mainly, I think it all boils down to a problem of composition. Everything is happening on the left side of the logo thus putting the whole thing off balance. Have you try to have the symbol totally horizontal or vertical?
