I think it works, but the font is bad. The tag "solutions" is way too small and also not a very good font.

I would give the symbol in the text some space to breath.

It works as whole, graphic + typo, but I don't think this Gothic type is the right choice. It just looks too rigid in combination with much softer form of your graphic.

I Agree!! The typo is not the best choice, unfortunately this logo was a big urgency.
I'm making some changes with the type but i'm not sure the client could approve a new version soon...
I hope I can have an approval for a new version as soon as posible.
