Maybe a less red red would help it stand out from the true red red crowd?

very interesting ... good job ... just take away some of the red ... if red is your color ... try to put an outline on the word HEAD red and internal white

What if companies was 60%+- grey or the sunglasses grey? Otherwise absolutely love this logo.
