This looks really messy. You've got some interesting elements in here, like the "rocker" sign, but the audio bars are quite distracting (and overused for music or DJ logos for that matter). Also, you really don't want to be cutting the music disc in half like that.
Either do something more with your red symbol there, or develop a new idea. Don't over complicate things, but at the same time make it stand out.
