Brief from client
For my older brother on a new company which he is unable to give men more details on as its to be a secret, and desired to have a tortoise for its logo.

This is the finalized look of the logo that my client (Older Brother) has come to like the most.
However I am waiting to hear from him to confirm that they will be using the logo itself, or if some things may need a bit of work.
Any more opinions to help the piece are welcomed, at the moment he enjoys the look of the logo itself and hasn't requested any changes to it.

I like it. There are a few things that you could touch up on it, but else wise it looks good.
The spacing in the lines of the shell and body of the tortoise are a little off in place and need to be clean up(The back leg has the worst problems)
Your kerning for a few letters seems a little loose(Look at the U in Group)
You also need to tell us what this secret company is!
Gah I thought I had put what company it is in the info box, I did for the third logo I uploaded.
Its for a Consulting Firm, and in the end this is the logo he chose for the final product.
Yeah, really. We've been spending time critiquing this logo, and it could be miles away from what it's supposed to represent. The logo needs to communicate the intent of the company, but if there's no direction, you can't possibly know how to do that.
Its for a Consulting Firm, and in the end this is the final piece he chose.
While I will say I don't know how a Tortoise could represent a Consulting Firm.
I do thank you and everyone else whom offered opinions for this, its always a big help!
Again, I agree with Killswitch, you're not going anywhere, because you just can't. You don't have enough infos on what you should be representing.
You could however pass this by good designing skills, but unfortunately you're not quiet there yet also. Let go of the mouse and sketch. Like a lot.
Keep it up, you'll get there.
Its for a Consulting Firm, and in the end this is the final piece he chose. And I have learned that when he does ask for me for another logo in the future, I will be sure he gives me all the information...else he feel the wrath of his younger sister!

That's the spirit! Hope to see some more of your work soon.
