Using the Japanese flag as an idea is not original enough.

Cannot agree more with you, Ivan on subject of the idea of using Japanese symbol from a flag. I was trying to make an abstract " T " by adding a top bar of the " T " above a rising sun.

if it had ropes and became a gong, might be more effective, and less a copy of their flag.
