Triathlon Race

Brief from client
My client ask for a logo where must be the 3 words Conero Triathlon Numana. In this logo he want to see the 3 sports (bike, swim run) and the Conero mountain.
Now my main beef is that you obviously used Illustrator preset brushes to make the symbol and you really don't want to do that. It just makes your logo looks amateurish.
The font isn't bad in and out of itself, but it's not what I would pick for a sport related logo. Also, why is there no space between "Conero" and "Triathlon"?
This is definitely and step in the right direction.
Yeah, I'd have to see this in a more refined version, rather than using lines with the same weight and brush throughout. Currently it looks gimmicky and amateruish, as Shawali pointed out. The colors also help contribute to this. Yes, suns are yellow and water is blue, but I would perhaps use orange (or yellow-orange) instead of yellow just to sort of break the norm. I'm assuming the green represents land/running?
But yes, your idea is much stronger. Triathlon logos are just one of those things where it's hard to be much different from everyone else. But here it feels different.

I look forward to seeing this evolve!
