I see you are back with a newer submission. On a whole although you have taken away the jagged edges from your logo it still doesn't give me a feeling or interest towards the company. It doesn't sell it if you see what i mean. It looks like a start over in all honesty.

This idea of making the "T" and (I guess) the "V" look like horns or talons is not going to take you anywhere.

You need to get rid of it completely and start with a different idea.
