Visual Aid Design

Brief from client
Personal branding / corporate identity
My design alias & company 'Visual Aid Design'.
Rebranded in 2013. This is my current identity and will be for years to come.
The version bellow looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of the badge, too much empty space. Maybe you could rearrange the elements in it.
I think you should put AID and DESIGN on the same line, it'd be easier to read. The backslash is a bit confusing. I would also make VSL more prominent vs aid design which should be the subtext.
Anyhoo, that's a major improvement since the very first versions. Congrats.
Thanks for the response!
I too prefer the glasses only icon. That is pretty universal, as far as using it in other shapes, on proofs, business cards/letterhead, etc.
The only thing is, I don't want to break up 'Visual Aid' since that is one term. If I separate them so it reads Visual on top and Aid Design below, I would read 'Aid Design' as the main phrase. Which is incorrect.
I could do a version spelling out 'Visual Aid' instead of just putting VSL, I was just conserving space and trying to keep everything compact.

I will post a revision though.
Thanks again!
