The idea isn't too bad- but having two diamond rings is a bit redundant. I'm also not feeling the baby blue+hot pink color combo- I don't think it's right for this kind of business. Maybe adjust the hue of each of these colors, or find a different color scheme.
Good luck! =)
I agree with J.O.Y. Two diamond rings isn't right...One ring would do just fine. I agree that the blue and pink is too baby-ish. I am also not fond of the font. It looks like one of the original MAC fonts.
In agreeing with the comments above I would even go further in thinking that the subject is giving you some serious limitations with the symbols you're using. A simple circle would better represent the man's ring, but having only one of the circles with a diamond would then present a balance issue.
I'd also go with gold and silver as your colors, mostly because the subject matter again has some pretty strict color schemes. Any other colors for rings and they may as well be those lollypop rings from the 90s.
Apart from text - I don't feel nor see a wedding/music, sorry. Symbol needs a different approach with your general idea. Wedding rings don't bear diamond in a center, plus they're usually interlocked on classic images.Your music note could be tied up to a wedding cake minus rings...
The idea is great and the symbol is in the right track.
However, regarding the symbol, men don't wear diamond rings that look like that, men usually wear a band.
The typography doesn't exactly fit, the theme of the logo may work better with a more elaborate, script style typeface. Or at least something more "elegant", less straight and space-like.
Colors need more work, it looks too feminine (not a bad thing by any means) unless that's the intention of the brand.

A little more exploration and you nail this one.
