Brief from client 

To produce a logo for a friend of mine who will be starting a nice lil production house.

Quite a tricky job as its just the numbers 1 and 2 really, so im sure there are 1000's of ideas to try out.

An earlier Idea which I did like.

I don't get what is supposed to be 1221. Is that klingon? =)

Its subtle pattern making the 1221 out of the negative space. They wanted something a bit off and quirky and some what mysterious is the best way I can describe it. The shapes are ambigrams aswell.

Ok, that is way cool, but maybe too subtle for a logo. Or you could use it as a symbol.
