Brief from client
A new start-up that creates round, colourful swings for kids that are made from fair-trade rope of the Philippines. Design, but still fun. The logo is for the product, not for the company itself.
First version.

FedEx Kinkos wants their logo back, and this isn't even a very good version of it. For something as fun as swings, you should be able to come up with something truly inspired.

I agree with cooperads. In addition to this, it doesn't even work well as the logo it's trying to be similar to. Once you have a different symbol, I would match the shape that the type is punched into with one of the colors from the symbol. I suggest this because otherwise it looks like two separate compositions that don't work well together.
This string ball thing was done back in 2010-2012. It's old. Be newer and more conceptual with sketching out new symbol ideas. I like the choice of font though.
Oh wow, didn't even know that FedEx Kinkos company.. good, I keep working on it. :)
