Brief from client 

Create a logo for an arts and media, mainly film related. Avoid the usual directors chair, clip board images. Wanted to suggest reborn as the school is being renovated into this specialism.

Wow! This is much better. Impressive =)

You want to watch out the kerning though. And i'm not a fan of the subtext font you used, but this is definitely a really cool logo.

I wish I could draw/sketch like you. Looks awesome this way and your first hand drawing...I thought the lines were very smooth and sharp....this logo would be fantastic for a knife/blade/chef business not sure about school.
