My personal brand
this is my second version, applying some of the good reviews that made me and good to see as we move forward ...

The only thing that I would like to mention is that cut soft, neon green triangle next to an " A " stem start reminiscent " Y ". There is no question that this is by far a better and improved version, but...
Sorry to be the party-pooper, but I really don't like this one.
Version 1 had more potential for me. This to me looks bland, rushed and globally devoided of any personality.

Charlie can be a party - pooper , but I can see a potential in here. But from now on I will never upload any visual ideas coming from me, as I'm afraid that Charlie might pooped all over me and for a good reason. I don't want that.
Then use your words. Break your compulsive need to reinvent the wheel on all of these logos, and express, in words, what you would do.
Sometimes I can, but most of the times I can only draw, sorry, that is how I am. I truly believe that a version two has more potential(s) versus version one , as I've seen similar designs has been done before. I wonder if I can share my ideas with you by sending some of them into your email, if you don't mind, of course? I sent some of my work to Charlie, but he still silent...
In this case, my approval isn't what matters. Here, we're providing relevant feedback to the designer to please his/her client. It's fine if you want to practice a logo on your own, but this forum is for critique and feedback.

It reminds me that famous song by The Doors " comments are strange, are strange,are straaaaaaaaaaange..."
overall it personality lackying. There are some facts that are intriguing me, the combo of colors for instance, the slight and discreet cut on j tail (that is something very nice and elegant for a singular J and add value, but here does nothing because it does not resonate with any other thing in the whole logo). Personality is found in style, not in order and geometry and rules. But overall, the grey stroke ruins it all and makes it even a little outdated. i would take to the trash can all those mighty fonts and put something friendly and elegant.
Brother I would withdraw the circle and leave only the logo also I want to try another font.

I can no longer upload my ideas on people's work, but want to suggest something for you on this particular logo: if you would make " J " more visible and you can still made that diagonal cut( which is edge of " A ") with a " J " being more visible and then use a middle and bottom parts of " A " as negative spaces. Ditch all circles, of course.Try it that way and I think it would work better for your idea in here. Good luck.

The logo creator can give out pencils if they wish. Only they can do that.
There is no requirement that they do. It is just a bonus that can happen sometimes. You can't dwell on it. You especially can't beg for it. Side note: Do you hand them out?
And honestly, do you think anyone really deserves a pencil in this poor logo topic? I don't. It has been hijacked to heck and is mostly off topic. We shouldn't even get golf pencils in this topic.

You have only handed out a total of 4 pencils since your name change. Despite the bevy of good advice I can see in your logo posts, you have been stingier with your pencils than a second grade teacher at Kleptomaniac Academy that needs to buy her own school supplies.
Anyway, pencils are just a half-assed social media feature, which is not really relevant to what we do here (which is helping out people without expecting anything in return).
My relatively high number of pencils just says that I've been hanging out on BotW for quite some times. That's about it. Nothing to get hung about.
Which is also misleading cause if my acc longer then ours, i just love to look what people make i don"t comment on everything. But that does not mean that my knowledge about design is GIGANTIC ;)
