Version 3 was the best.

The two fonts severely clash here, and I feel the line is unnecessary.

My honest advice is to let go of the whole initials + subtext thing. Look at the front page: every student and beginner do it. It's the most uncreative, boring and quite frankly lazy way to create a logo.

Why "publicity"? In English, it's advertising. Is that what you do? Also, no agency feels the need to spell out what they do under their logo.
