Brief from client
a personal coach - searching for a Logo to show the attributes
- to be connected, mobilize, unbolt, take off, shift in direction, high-flying and successful, independent, mastery, potency, achievement ... . Combined with "now amazing experience".
My client is happy with that and wants some colours - i guess there is more. Thanks for your hint. Deeply grateful, macini

Is the name of the business Now Amazing Experience? I see no reason to turn the N backward and I don't see how the symbol says anything about personal coaching. This really doesn't work for me at all.
Agreed, there's no clear idea here, and the backwards N makes no sense to me either. The G covering other words is a bad idea as well.
i agree with the comments above, not sure why the N is mirrored, it is the first thing that i saw looking at your design
Ok, it's hard to express the "amazing", the global idea is too confused and too many fonts are merged in the same space.
