Brief from client
a personal coach - searching for a Logo to show the attributes
- to be connected, mobilize, unbolt, take off, shift in direction, high-flying and successful, independent, mastery, potency, achievement ... . Combined with "now amazing experience".

This is coming together.
Now, I don't know about the others, but I'm really not a fan of italics for a logo. I feel the subtext should be a nice matching regular style font. Maybe small caps.
not bad. One remark i would do is, your subtext isn't centered.
(the last e of experience doesn't reach the end tip of the W.)
You want to fix that kerning in the subtext also.
Thank you so much for that good and helpful tips. Client and myself - we are very happy with that! The idea was, to give power to the subtext.
