Brief from client
a personal coach - searching for a Logo to show the attributes
- to be connected, mobilize, unbolt, take off, shift in direction, high-flying and successful, independent, mastery, potency, achievement ... . Combined with "now amazing experience".
Meanwhile we used another weightage. She wants to open the "O". Intention is to let energy in. I guess, its better but not excellent. What does it need to become outstanding? I have just no ideas.

This is very interesting and has some really cool potential. However, there are some bits and bobs that need some tweaking.
These two triangles on each side of the subtext aren't really useful in my opinion and kind go against the nice simplicity of the logo. And the fact that they are not the same size complicates things further. I would remove them altogether.
The big red O is nice, but I would also ad a gap in the lower part as if it is 2 parenthesis, which would symbolize the idea of "now" really well.
Beside that, this is looking pretty elegant and simple. Good job!
