Brief from client 

a personal logo, for my bussines card, i´m a freelancer

I decidet to work the OG caracters, is better and less confused.

The symbol looks much better. Pay attention to the loop of the "g" it's too short.

The little "o" on top of the "g" and the gradient bring noise.

Use a round font on lower cased "ochoa guerrero". Try the one you use in the tagline.

I believe the symbol works as it is, just need some tweaks. just a little idea i came up with, hope it helps. Remember simplicity works.

It look very good. I would remove the little "o" that with the "g" makes an "8". I would also extend the loop of the "g".

The "g" looks like a "9" or a "q"

Ok, it's getting a bit painful to look at you struggling with your logo here.
This version of graphic mark could work provided you fix some obvious problems.
I am posting a pic with areas that need fixing marked by numbers:

1. Small circle & g are overlapping wrong
2. o & g are overlapping wrong and giving up noticeably thicker line then the other parts of the graphic
3. angle of ending is wrong. End it in a straight line
4. same problem as 3., need to end it in a straight line so both ending lines (3. & 4.) are parallel in the same plane

hablas español? la verdad recien ahora que lo decis me di cuenta que querias que parezca una persona... no se entiende de esta manera...pero lo que podrias hacer es utilizar letras mayusculas para que la G sea mas notable.. y si piensas mantener el circulo de arriba lo hagas en otro color o quizas con relleno... solo es un punto de vista mio.. me gusto el de 8a, pero no talvez no se capte de primera.. pero es sencillo y original...
