Brief from client
This is for our small online shirt printing business
Targeting young people age 14 -25 y/o
Logo should also look good on a shirt
I have used a san serif font for "print"
removed the circle, "quality" and "afforable"

This is not good. You need to go back to the drawing board with a pen and paper and brainstorm the essence of what the company is about, what makes it unique and how you can translate it visually and effectively. Have a look at these for ideas...

The links just showed ideas... Examples of translations from idea/concept to visual realisation and loosely based on the type of business that you're trying to design a logo for.
There is nothing youthful about it. You said the target audience is individuals age 14-25. The yellowish color is really strange. I recommend looking at some youth-oriented brands and social media brands.
I am not necessarily against using CMYK in the logo, but it's overdone. Also -- the people ordering the product wouldn't know the significance.
Something playful, less formal, exciting. You know -- like the audience it's intended for.
