ive given you a thumbs down for the idea and symbol because i dont understand what the black lines represent unless its some kind of alien ship beaming down on the house trying to redeem it?!! i like the font you have used and the the green colour though.

Thanks. The symbol is supposed to be a shirt and tie. I added the 'shoulders' to make it look more like that as without them, it didn't seem very obvious.

The previous version had the 'neck' filled in black and also a white circle which was supposed to double up as a map marker, but it looked like the spine of a severed head as pointed out on that post. I'll be going back to the drawing board on this one. Cheers.

P.S the shirt and tie idea was to represent management as it is a property management company, but doesn't state this in the company name.

ah yes i only see it now that you have mentioned it. Can the name be changed to Redeem Property Management? im not sure a shirt and tie really suggests management though. It might be worth trying to come up with another idea

I would lose the shirt, unless they also do dry cleaning?
Try properties in a thinner sans serif font. Probably caps too.
The house has got slightly odd proportions too.

How many logos did you create before arriving at this conclusion?
I think some research/sketching may be in order.
